Answers to a few commons questions:
When will my order ship?
Due to high order volume and strict warehouse safety protocols, most stock orders are shipping in 2 to 7 business days.
Our site does does not accept backorders as we do keep our on-hand inventory level active on our website. If your item is currently out of stock, you can’t place an out of stock item in your shopping cart for purchase. If in the rare circumstance an in-stock item is over allocated during the shipping day, you will receive a notification and our customer service team will advise you on possible alternative options and/or a scheduled shipping date.
How do I track my order?
You can view tracking information by logging into your Account or by clicking on the carrier link provided in your shipment confirmation email. Tracking numbers are generated when an order is shipped.
I only received part of my order?
Another package may already be on the way. Check your order receipt email to see if your order is coming in multiple shipments.
