When will my order ship?
Due to high order volume and strict warehouse safety protocols, most stock orders are shipping in 2 to 8 business days.

Are backorders accepted?
Our site does accept backorders on certain denoted items (Available for Backorder). We do keep our on-hand inventory level actively synced on our website as best as possible. If your item is currently out of stock, you can place an out of stock item into your shopping cart for purchase as a backorder. If your item is out of stock, and is not available for backordering, you will not be able to place the out of stock item into your shopping cart. If in the rare circumstance an in-stock item is over allocated during the shipping week, you will receive a notification and our customer service team will advise you on possible alternative options and/or a scheduled shipping date.

How do I track my order?
You can view tracking information by logging into your Account or by clicking on the carrier link provided in your shipment confirmation email. Tracking numbers are generated when an order is shipped.

I only received part of my order?
Another package may already be on the way. Check your order receipt email to see if your order is coming in multiple shipments.
