Don't panic! At times, with certain items, there can be a slight delay of 14-21 business days. Generally speaking, this is when a product has limited in-stock availability, went out of stock shortly after your order was placed (i.e. inventory levels are kept current,  but syncing may be delayed. Or the item is marked out of stock, but available for back order at time of order).
