Thank you! After an order is submitted on our website, you will receive an email confirmation that the order is Processing. For most orders, this means the order is submitted to the warehouse for fulfillment. You will receive an email from our system with your package tracking information once your order has shipped.

Orders are shipped USPS, UPS or FedEx. We charge a flat rate $8.99 shipping for all orders, big or small. Orders greater than $150, qualify for free shipping in your cart. Some orders may be subject to special shipping regulations and/or require signature delivery.

Standard in-stock items generally ship within 2-8 business days.

Don't panic! At times, with certain items, there can be a slight delay of 14-21 business days. Generally speaking, this is when a product has limited in-stock availability, went out of stock shortly after your order was placed (i.e. inventory levels are kept current,  but syncing may be delayed. Or the item is marked out of stock, but available for back order at time of order).

No worries! Please do contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order if something was not correct. This could include incorrect quantity, color, size, etc.)
