About 911 Network
It’s in the name.
911 is the call. Network is where the gear — and the answer — comes from. Supplying law enforcement, fire and EMS since 2016, from Nashotah, Wisconsin.
911 Network is a duty-gear supplier for law enforcement and fire/EMS — straight answers first, gear second. We are an authorized dealer, so what ships is genuine, factory-authorized product.
We are not trying to be the biggest catalog. We are trying to be the first call — the number you dial when you need to know whether a holster clears your optic, which size run to order for a unit, or what a realistic lead time actually looks like.
What we carry
Roughly 6,600 products from more than 260 brands: duty gear and uniforms, holsters, restraints, dynamic-entry and breaching tools, body armor and carriers, weapon lighting, less-lethal, forensics and CSI supplies, footwear and outerwear, and EMS and medical kitting.
Brands include Safariland, ASP, Streamlight, Blackhawk, 5.11 Tactical, AXON/TASER, North American Rescue, Byrna, Zero9, Aker Leather, Elbeco and Flying Cross. We also supply the L.A. Rescue line of gear bags and medical response bags direct.
Ask the Network
The “Network” half of the name is the part most suppliers skip. Every product page has the Quartermaster on it — our gear advisor — and it will tell you when two options are close enough that the cheaper one is the right call. That is the answer you would get from us on the phone, so it is the answer it gives.
If you would rather talk to a person, the Gear Desk is live Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM CST, at 262-283-5200. Anything that comes in outside those hours gets answered within one business day.
Honest lead times
Most in-stock items ship in 2–8 business days after the order. An item that is out of stock or on backorder generally runs 14–21 business days. Those are the real windows, not the best case.
Stock status on the site is synced from our suppliers rather than kept by hand, so what the page says is what we actually see. If an order passes eight business days without an update, call and we will give you the real status.
Why we work this way
In 2022 our site showed a specialty firearm accessory as in stock after the manufacturer had discontinued it. A number of customers ordered it the same day and we could not fill any of them. We refunded every affected order in full, and we no longer carry that product line.
That is why the stock sync, the published lead-time windows and the advisor exist. A supplier who says “two to eight days” and means it is worth more than one who promises tomorrow and misses.
Buying as an agency
Online orders are prepaid by card. Established agency and contract accounts can set up purchase orders and Net 30 terms on approval, and we provide W-9, tax-exemption and vendor-registration documentation on request. We are used to working inside municipal and county purchasing processes.
Send a product list or specs and quotes typically come back in one to two business days. For unit-wide orders, include quantities, sizes and fitment details — weapon model, optic, belt width — so the quote comes back right the first time.
