Choosing a bag by job

Turnout, bedding, garment and station bags. This is the L.A. Rescue line: sewn in the USA, sized to the item (turnout gear, Class A uniform, bedding roll, toiletries) and sold by the unit so a department can issue one per member. Start at L.A. Rescue gear bags or the Gear Bags grid. The O2 To Go Pro Plus and the Class A garment bag are the most-ordered bags on this site.

Oxygen and medical. Cylinder sleeves, attack packs and jump bags are filed under EMS Bags & Oxygen Bags, next to the stocked kits built on them. If you are kitting rather than buying a shell, read the EMS & Medical page first.

Hard cases. Pelican and Plano. Choose by interior dimensions, foam type and whether the case needs a wheel set. Pelican cases are the long-service option; Plano covers the budget line. Firearm transport is its own section under Hard Gun Cases.

Packs. Patrol bags, 72-hour packs and hydration from Maxpedition, Source, Camelbak, Vertx, First Tactical and 5.11. Decide on capacity in liters, hydration compatibility, and whether a laptop or plate sleeve is required before comparing brands.

Everything else. Ammo cases, rifle sleeves, range bags and gear organizers are under Misc and Ammo Cases.

Procurement notes

Department bag orders are usually one SKU in quantity (one garment bag per member, one bedding bag per bunk). L.A. Rescue builds to order on larger runs; lead time is stated on each listing. request a quote for fleet quantities, color runs or embroidery questions, and we will confirm the lead time before you commit.
