Padded where the drops actually land
Bags get dropped on their bottoms and slammed on their ends. The Long Crew Bag pads all three: quarter-inch closed-cell foam in the bottom and both ends, faced with smooth 500-denier Pack-Cloth so contents slide in without snagging. The shoulder strap stows in its own interior pouch, and a side pull handle drags it out of deep compartments.
Features that earn their place
- Foam bottom and ends. ¼-inch closed-cell high-density protection on the three surfaces that hit things.
- Pack-Cloth lining. Smooth, non-abrasive interior — kind to helmets, lights, and finish.
- Stowable strap, side pull. The strap lives in an interior zip pouch; the side handle pulls the bag from a packed compartment.
Who carries it
Engine and truck crews; rescue teams staging equipment; the everything-else bag in the compartment.
