The Omega D Sleeve is L.A. Rescue’s cot-rail oxygen carrier: one bag that keeps the cylinder, the airways, and the masks together, so the crew grabs oxygen once and has everything that goes with it. Hook-and-loop straps wrap the cot’s side rail, and the sleeve rides with the patient instead of rolling loose on the bench seat or the floor.
