Oxygen, organized — from the rig to the patient
The Omega D Sleeve is L.A. Rescue’s cot-rail oxygen carrier: one bag that keeps the cylinder, the airways, and the masks together, so the crew grabs oxygen once and has everything that goes with it. Hook-and-loop straps wrap the cot’s side rail, and the sleeve rides with the patient instead of rolling loose on the bench seat or the floor.
Built for the way oxygen actually moves
- Fits D and Jumbo D cylinders. One sleeve standardizes oxygen carry across the fleet — no guessing which bag fits which bottle at shift check.
- Hook-and-loop rail straps. Mounts to the cot side rail in seconds and moves between cots just as fast, so O₂ stays with the patient through loading, transport, and transfer of care.
- Full-length zip opening. Cylinder swaps take seconds instead of a wrestling match through a top hole.
- Front zip pocket. Oral airways, pocket mask, oxygen masks, cylinder wrench — the first minute of airway care stays with the bottle, in one grab.
- Reflective striping, carry handles, and a shoulder strap. Visible at night scenes, easy to sling when the cot is already loaded.
Who carries it
911 and interfacility transport crews standardizing cot oxygen. Event and standby medics staging portable O₂. Rescue and SAR teams that need cylinders organized in the cache instead of loose in a compartment. Many services run green so oxygen reads at a glance; navy and red match existing unit bag colors.

Common questions
Will it hold a Jumbo D cylinder?
Yes — the sleeve is sized for both standard D and Jumbo D cylinders.
How does it attach to the cot?
Hook-and-loop straps wrap the cot’s side rail. No hardware, nothing to bolt on, and it transfers between cots in seconds.
Which color should we order?
Green is the common pick for oxygen recognition at a glance; navy and red are usually chosen to match a service’s existing bag colors.
