No — the LA3000 ships as the bag with adjustable liners only. Insert kits and supplies are sold separately.
What’s the difference from the Medic Attack ALS System?
Same modular family — the LA5000 System is the larger configuration. Both use 1000-denier Cordura and adjustable liners.
