For Agencies & Departments
Send us the reorder list. Get a fit-checked quote today.
911 Network is the gear desk for law enforcement, fire and EMS departments. Paste the list your inventory system spits out, or just describe the need. Pricing, stock and lead times come back the same business day — and purchase orders, net-30 on approval and tax-exempt purchasing are handled, not negotiated.
How it works
Three steps, one desk
Your asset-tracking software stops at the reorder alert. We pick it up from there.
Send the list
A reorder export, an expiring-items report, last year’s PO, a photo of the shelf, or plain words. Part numbers help but aren’t required — tell us the platform, the sizes and the quantities and we’ll spec it.
Open the quote form →Fit-checked quote, same business day
Every line is checked against current manufacturer specs and the platform and sizing you gave us — holster fits, belt sizes, glove sizes. Stock and lead times are confirmed before we quote, and discontinued part numbers come back with the current replacement, not a surprise backorder.
What “fit-checked” means →PO or card, your call
Email the PO on agency letterhead and we invoice net-30 on approved accounts. Or pay by agency card or GSA SmartPay from the pay link that ships with the quote. Either way, we keep your spec on file so the next reorder is a one-line email.

Agency buying, handled
We work inside your purchasing process
Quotes, purchase orders, vendor packets and an account your team can track orders through — the paperwork your purchasing office asks for, ready before they ask.
Quotes & RFQs
Formal quote on letterhead, itemized by line with part numbers and unit pricing, so it drops straight into a requisition or grant paperwork. Tell us the funding source and we flag the lines that matter to it.
Purchase orders & net-30
Approved agency and contract accounts buy on purchase order with net-30 terms. Approval for government agencies is typically same-day. Stock and ship timing are confirmed before anything is committed.
Vendor forms, W-9 & tax-exempt
Ask for the Agency Welcome Kit: W-9, vendor details and how PO and net-30 buying works, in one packet. Send your exemption certificate once and PO and quoted orders are entered tax-exempt from then on.
Agency card & GSA SmartPay
Micro-purchases and small orders go straight through the site like any card. Quoted orders can be paid from the pay link in the quote — no account paperwork first. Track orders in My Account →
Our commitment, in writing
Quotes go out the same business day.
Requests that arrive after hours go out first thing the next business morning. A person answers 262-283-5200 Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM Central. New accounts and bulk requests are verified against agency details before quoting or shipping — it protects your department and ours.
Who this is for
Built for the departments the big catalogs skip
Law enforcement, fire & EMS, corrections, dispatch, schools and municipalities — nationwide. Most of the agencies we serve are under 100 sworn, and plenty are under 10. If you’re the chief, the quartermaster, the training officer and the purchasing agent at the same time, this desk was built for you: send the list, get the number, decide with real pricing in hand.
Questions purchasing asks
Agency FAQ
Do you accept purchase orders?
Yes. Email the PO on agency letterhead to [email protected]. Approved agency and contract accounts are invoiced on net-30 terms; approval for government agencies is typically same-day. We confirm stock and ship timing before anything is committed.
Is there a minimum order or account setup before we can get a quote?
No minimum and no paperwork before you ask. Send the list, get the quote, then decide. Vendor registration and tax-exempt paperwork happen when you’re ready to order.
What does “fit-checked” mean?
Each line is checked against current manufacturer specifications and the platform and sizing you give us — for example a holster against the issued pistol and light, or a belt against the sizes on your roster. We confirm stock and lead time, and we flag discontinued part numbers with the manufacturer’s current replacement. We quote from manufacturer data; we do not certify compliance with any standard. When a standard applies, we tell you which one and where the manufacturer publishes it.
Can we pay with an agency card or GSA SmartPay?
Yes. Cards work on the site like any purchase, and quoted orders can be paid from the pay link that ships with the quote. Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover are accepted, including GSA SmartPay.
How do we register you as a vendor?
Ask for the Agency Welcome Kit. It includes our W-9, vendor information and payment terms in one packet. Legal name: Logic360 LLC d/b/a 911network.com, Nashotah, Wisconsin. In business since 2016 as a U.S.-based authorized dealer of factory-authorized product.
We’re buying with grant funds. Does that change anything?
Tell us the program on the quote form — BVP, JAG, AFG or another award — and we itemize the quote by line with part numbers and unit pricing so it matches your award paperwork. Eligibility is set by the grant program, not by us; we make the quote easy to attach.
Do we need part numbers?
No. Part numbers speed things up, but a plain description with platform, sizes and quantities is enough. If a part number is discontinued we quote the current replacement and say so.
Send the list. We’ll run it down.
Quote back the same business day, with stock and lead times confirmed.
