A fall issue in October or November for budget season and grant awards, and a spring issue in March or April ahead of the June 30 fiscal-year close most municipalities run on. Issues are numbered and dated, never seasonal-labelled, so nothing is “last season’s” the week it arrives.
The email edition goes out between issues with what changed on the desk; the long-form edition links from it. A few useful emails a month; unsubscribe anytime.
