Model 94: the duty belt with nothing to dig in
A buckle is the part of a duty belt that gouges the console, prints through a jacket, and lands exactly where you lean. The Model 94 deletes it: full-length hook lining locks the belt to a Model 99 loop-lined under-belt, and the ends close flat.
