Open the shell, step in, go
Volunteers time-trial their donning. The Steptech is built around that move: keep the boots attached to the bunker pants, open the big clamshell flat on the ground beside the vehicle, and step straight in. No digging pants out of a duffel while the scanner talks.
Features that earn their place
- Clamshell that opens flat. The whole bag becomes a staging mat for boots-and-pants.
- Donning-first geometry. 21 × 17 × 15 holds the pre-connected set in ready position.
- Strap included. Shoulder-carry it from the house to the trunk and back.
Who carries it
Volunteer and paid-on-call firefighters responding POV; anyone staging gear pre-connected.
