For the call where one pair of cuffs isn’t enough
Multi-subject stops, crowd events, transport details, the mutual-aid night that goes sideways — some calls simply outrun the single pair on your belt. The Rapid Restraint Response Kit (the R³ Kit) is 911 Network’s own answer: field-standard disposable restraints plus the transport-protection layer that should travel with them, staged in one compact black pouch that lives in the trunk until the moment it earns its keep. “Unruly ready,” as the label says.

What’s inside — and why each piece earns its spot
- 4× Monadnock disposable Spare Cuff restraints (black). Double-loop disposables from a brand agencies already trust — numbers, when the call brings numbers.
- 1× UZI Flex Cuff. The heavy single backup, flat-packed and ready.
- 1× Forensics Source TranZport Hood. Spit and bite protection for safer, cleaner transport — protection that works in both directions.
- 1× Zan Headgear adjustable face mask with PM2.5 filter. Your own airway, covered, in close quarters.
- 4× Nitri-Stealth 6-mil black nitrile gloves, 12″ length. Forearm-length barrier protection, thick enough not to quit mid-task.
- The R³ Kit gear bag (black). Everything above, staged in webbing and ready in one grab — restock it and it goes right back on standby.
Who carries it
Patrol officers staging a trunk layer past the belt. Transport and corrections details. Event, crowd, and mutual-aid assignments. Campus, hospital, and security teams building a measured response capability. And every war bag with room for one more pouch.

Common questions
What exactly ships in the kit?
Exactly what’s listed: four Monadnock disposable Spare Cuff restraints, one UZI Flex Cuff, one TranZport Hood, one adjustable PM2.5 face mask, four 12-inch 6-mil nitrile gloves, and the R³ gear bag. Duty handcuffs shown in photography are not included.
Why disposable restraints?
Speed and capacity. Disposables deploy fast, carry flat in quantity, and don’t depend on a key count. They’re the standard backup layer when arrests multiply — used per your agency’s policy and training.
Can I restock it after a call?
Yes — every component is a field-standard item, so you can replace what you use piece by piece and return the kit to standby.
Pairs well with
For law enforcement, corrections, and security professionals. Deploy restraints only in accordance with your agency’s policy and training. Kit only — duty handcuffs pictured are not included.
About this kit
The R³ Kit wears the 911 Network name because we built it: assembled in-house from components we’d stake our own reputation on, for a gap we kept hearing about from working officers — the arrest that outruns the belt. That’s the Network doing what it says: your first call for responder gear. Outfitting a unit or standardizing trunks fleet-wide? Ask the Network and we’ll spec it with you.
